DataTiger is a triggered marketing automation platform that empower marketers to react to their customers’ behavior in real-time and guide the customer journey through Push, SMS, email, ads, in-app messaging and custom web hooks.

The DataTiger integration supports the iOS, Android, Web, and Custom Feed platforms.

Prerequisites

To set up the DataTiger integration, you will need your API Key and Application ID. It is recomended that you review your integration with your DataTiger Customer Service Manager before enabling.

Supported Device Identities

mParticle will forward the following Device IDs to DataTiger:

• Android ID
• Google Advertising ID (GAID)
• Google Cloud Messaging Token
• Apple Advertising ID (IDFA)
• Apple Vendor ID (IDFV)
• Apple Push Notification Token

Supported User Identities

mParticle will forward the following User IDs to DataTiger:

• Customer ID
• Email

Data Processing Notes

DataTiger will not accept data more than 24 hours old.

Configuration Settings

Setting Name	Data Type	Default Value	Description
API Key	string		API key used to identify the customer. This is provided along with a DataTiger account.
Application ID	string		The identifier of the corresponding DataTiger application. This is provided by DataTiger.
