• refactor(apv): read additional page view query params from a config setting

Move autoLogPageViewQueryParams out of the feature flags. It is now a top-level setting string on the SDK config, parsed by the store when it is created and again in processConfig, and kept on SDKConfig.

getFeatureFlag keeps its original return type, so its declaration no longer changes.
