With this integration, you can ingest customer events from Paytronix into mParticle for activation.

Enable the Integrations

1. Set up a Paytronix feed in mParticle to generate API key/secret values.
2. Contact Support at Paytronix and provide them the key and secret. They will configure their external notifications system and start the flow of data into the feed.

Supported Identities

User Identities

Paytronix can map loyalty card number and Paytronix account ID to different identity types within mParticle. The default supported identities can be found below.

• Customer ID
• Email Address

Supported Event Types

Paytronix will send the following events to mParticle as Custom Events of type Transaction. Details on the events sent by Paytronix and the possible attributes within those events can be found below.

Event	Description
Add/Redeem	Guest accrues and/or spends points.
Loyalty Registration	Guest signs up for loyalty account.
POS Activity	When a guest performs a function at the POS.
Identify Customer	Loyalty guest is identified.
Web Registration	Loyalty registration occurred on guest website.
Referral	Guest refers a contact.
Check-In	Guest checks in.
Recharge Value	Guest adds value to their stored value account.
Survey Completion	Guest completes survey.
Session Concluded	Event raised when user session is completed
Custom Control Group	Event raised when campaign is activated with a control group.
System Control Group	Event raised when campaign is activated with a control group.
Custom & Journey Control Group (Journeys)	Event raised when a Journey Campaign is activated with a control group.
System Control Group (Journeys)	Event raised when a Journey Campaign is activated with a control group.

When available, Paytronix will include the following user attributes with the event payload.
